Kroger’s New Mermaid Sparkle Ice Cream Tastes Like Cotton Candy

Kroger is really going all in on the mythical creatures! The retailer released a Unicorn Swirl Ice Cream last year, and recently unveiled Kaleidos Unicorn Cookies that taste like cake batter. Now they’re making sure that mermaid lovers are covered with a new ice cream worthy of going under the sea for.

The Mermaid Sparkle Deluxe Ice Cream starts with cotton candy ice cream, and is filled with blue glitter swirls and candy bits. The blue frozen treat has perfectly themed packaging, complete with a pink crab and multicolored mermaid tail. We imagine this is what Ariel eats for dessert every night.

You can find the Mermaid Sparkle Ice Cream in 1.5-quart containers. The Impulsive Buy, a well-known food blog, has spotted the new ice cream on shelves, so it looks like it’s rolling out at Kroger now.
