Malaika Arora had gone vegan a while back, and the diva is showing no signs of backing down anytime soon. She regularly innovates with interesting and unique recipes that are not just vegan, but also gluten-free and super healthy.

Her delicious Instagram story featured a colourful and luscious meal, which she said was inspired by Chef Kelvin Cheung’s recipe. The lunch dish comprised some Ragi or buckwheat tacos which looked like they were made at home from scratch. Malaika Arora added some interesting, homemade vegetable toppings to her rotis and finished it off with some crunchy sliced cherry tomatoes and fresh coriander leaves.
