Also, these noodles are pretty quick to make, so this can be your go-to recipe for an instant noodles meal to satiate sudden cravings.

Make chilli garlic noodles for a quick meal.

Chilli Garlic Noodles Recipe –

Ingredients –

1 packet store-bought noodles

2 onions, sliced

1 large or 2 medium spring onion, chopped

5-6 garlic bulbs, minced or chopped

Vegetable oil for cooking

Olive oil for dressing

Salt to taste

Black pepper powder to taste

2 tbsp tomato sauce

1 tbsp red chilli sauce

1-2 green chilli, chopped

1 tsp soy sauce

1 tsp vinegar

Spring onion greens for garnishing

Method –

Step 1 – Cook noodles according to the packaging instructions. Meanwhile, chop onions and garlic.

Step 2 – Heat oil in a pan, saute garlic till its raw smell goes away. Add chopped green chilli, chopped spring onions, and onion slices and saute for a couple of minutes till the onions turns soft.

Step 3 – Add tomato sauce, chilli sauce, salt and black pepper and mix well. Stir for about a minute.

Step 4 – Add boiled noodles, soy sauce and vinegar. Mix with the rest of the ingredients and let it cook for 1-2 minutes.

Step 5 – Turn off the gas, drizzle some olive oil and garnish with spring onion greens. Serve hot.
