Singer Shreya Ghoshal Celebrated Birthday With Two Scrummy Cakes (See Pic Inside)

From ‘Ghar More Pardesiya’ (Kalank) to ‘Yeh Aaina’ (Kabir Singh), we heard Shreya Ghoshal’s mellifluous voice pretty much throughout 2019. The melody queen has also won many awards this season for her chartbusters last year. This year too, she has many interesting projects up her sleeve. Ghoshal would be completing 18 years in the industry this year. She began singing for Bollywood films with Devdas in 2003 and became a singing sensation in no time. The National Award winner celebrated her 36th birthday in Mumbai on Thursday, and needless to say, many of her peers and friends from the music industry like Shankar Mahadevan and Amaal Mallik took to social media to wish the singer.

Shreya Goshal also gave a glimpse of her birthday cakes to her fans on her Instagram. We can see two cakes on the table, flanked by an ecstatic Shreya wearing a pink birthday hat. While one appears to be a simple, layered vanilla cake topped with pretty flowers and raspberries, the other looks like a chocolate and almond dry cake. “Overwhelmed by the love I received today! Thank you for your blessings. I am grateful to God for my beautiful family, my friends and all my well wishers and fans. #BirthdayLove
#HappyBirthdayShreyaGhoshal,” she captioned the picture.

In addition to Hindi movies, Shreya has also done playback singing for regional cinema. Ghoshal has been honoured by the United States’ state of Ohio, where Governor Ted Strickland declared 26 June 2010 as “Shreya Ghoshal Day.”
