Aloo pav bhaji bites are deep fried triangular bites that are full of flavour and will go perfectly with your hot cup of tea. Considering it is very easy to make, this potato bite recipe is a must-try.
We found the recipe video on YouTube channel ‘Cook With Parul’. With just a few common kitchen ingredients, you can easily make this potato snack that your family will love. Mix boiled and mashed potatoes with spices like red chilli powder, red chilli flakes, cumin, mango powder and ginger garlic paste. Add pav bhaji masala to give it the same flavour of your favourite street food of pav bhaji. If you don’t have pav bhaji masala at home, you can make it with this pav bhaji masala recipe. Also, add lemon juice and coriander leaves to the mixture for some tartness and freshness, and add some corn flour to bind the mixture together. Let it set in freezer for 20 minutes or for half an hour in refrigerator.
Cut the set mixture into triangular shapes or any other shape you want. Deep fry or shallow fry the bites after dipping them in corn flour slurry and coating them with bread crumbs. You’ll get crispy, crunchy and chatpate aloo pav bhaji bites for those lovely family get-togethers during monsoon.
