We are sure you must have tried tons of banana recipes at home, but if you haven’t tried banana kulfi yet, then you must now! Kele ki kulfi is another smashing hit with both kids and adults, and is a must-try summer dessert. And, we found the perfect recipe of banana kulfi for you.

You need just a handful of ingredients to make banana kulfi – milk, condensed milk, banana, crushed cardamoms (elaichi) and some dry fruits like cashews and almonds. You can use any dry fruit of your choice. If you can’t find condensed milk at your local grocery store, you can even make it at home with this easy homemade condensed milk recipe.

The recipe video on YouTube channel ‘Cooking With Reshu’ is the easiest recipe of banana dessert you can find. First, boil milk on high flame with elaichi and dry fruits and reduce it to half the amount while stirring regularly. Make banana paste with reduced milk, add condensed milk, whisk well, and your banana kulfi mix is ready. Condensed milk is naturally sweet, so you don’t need to add any sugar. But, if you like your deserts well-sweetened, you can add some sugar.

Pour the banana kulfi mix in kulfi moulds. If you don’t have kulfi moulds, you can even make pour it in cups and freeze, like it is shown in the recipe video
