For this recipe, you would need fish fillet, ginger-garlic paste, fish curry paste, oil, coconut cream and vegetable stock.Once you heat the oil, heat ginger-garlic paste and fish curry paste. Then add vegetable stock and let it simmer. Then goes the fish and finally the coconut cream. A firm white fish fillet is best recommended and it should be added at the end so that it doesn’t get overcooked or burnt.

Here’s a step-by-step recipe of Goan fish curry with ingredients:
PREP TIME: 15 mins COOK TIME:10 mins SERVES: 2
Ingredients:
2 pieces fish fillet
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp fish curry paste
2tbsp coconut cream
3 tbsp Oil
Salt to taste
Vegetable stock as required
Method:
1. Heat 3 tbsp of oil in a pan.
2. Add ginger garlic paste, fish curry paste.
3. Add the vegetable stock and let it simmer for 2 mins.
4. Add the fish fillet to the pan and make sure you cook it well.
5. To finish off add the coconut cream and season with salt.
6. Serve with warm rice
