Costco Is Selling 2-Pound Boxes Of Cheese Curds

I think it’s safe to say that when it comes to comfort food, cheese is right up there with chocolate chip cookies or freshly baked bread. Now, Costco has been spotted selling breaded cheese curds that are easy to prepare into a crispy, cheesy snack you’ll love which means the ultimate comfort food officially exists.

At Costco, the box of cheese curds includes two pounds of the snack and is made with real Wisconsin cheese curds, which makes complete sense since they’re a very common regional food to the area. Each very large box goes for about $7.79, according to @costcoguy4you on Instagram.

Photos of the box show just how easy it is to prepare the cheese curds. If you’re using a conventional oven, you just need to preheat the oven to 450°, place the curds in one layer on a prepared baking sheet, and bake for eight-to-10 minutes. For a toaster oven, preheat the oven to 450° and bake for seven to eight minutes. The box also suggests using a home fryer if you have one, preparing the oil at 350°, and then frying the cheese curds for three minutes, though I’m sure an air fryer would also work just as well.

These cheese curds are the perfect snack with an authentic Wisconsin taste and they are a great alternative to the same old mozzarella sticks you might normally gravitate to. Boxes of these curds can likely be found in your Costco’s frozen snack and app section, so next time you’re at the wholesale club…you know what to do.
