• Hallmark is hosting a Christmas movie marathon from Friday, March 20-Sunday, March 22, 2020.
  • They will air 27 original movies throughout the weekend.

We’re all going through a tough time right now, and Hallmark is here to help.

The network known for their epic Countdown to Christmas event has decided to host a special Christmas movie marathon this weekend. While we appreciate all of the family-friendly movies we can stream on Netflix, what we really need is a dose of holiday cheer and we’re happy Hallmark is doing just that.

The joyful films start airing Friday, March 20th at 12 p.m. EST, according to Entertainment Tonight, and they will continue to air 27 original features. It all begins with A Christmas Detour starring the Hallmark queen herself, Candace Cameron Bure, and the festivities will end with Christmas in Rome with Lacey Chabert Sunday at 6 p.m. EST.

If you want our advice, we suggest whipping up some Christmas appetizers, festive cocktails, and Christmas cookies to go along with your viewing. Hey, people are even hanging up Christmas lights to spread some positivity amid the coronavirus outbreak, so you could follow suit if you really want to get into the spirit of things.
