Masala doodh also falls in the same category of illustrious milk-based drinks, except it is much easier to make and can be prepared in no time. A popular welcome drink, masala doodh is made with a combination of spices and at times some nuts and dry fruits. You can monitor and tweak the amount of spice used and the kind as well.

You can make it in advance and store it in an air-tight container easily for a few weeks. Just take out a teaspoon, mix it in milk and enjoy your glass of masala doodh anytime you want.
