Lucky Charms Ice Cream Is Out In To Stores

Update, March 23, 2020 10:45 a.m.: After a long few months dreaming about this most perfect ice cream, we have some good news: People are starting to spot Lucky Charms Ice Cream in stores and the reviews are STELLAR.

Instagrammer @i_need_a_snack_ spotted this, along with Cinnamon Toast Crunch Ice Cream in stores and, of course, had to give it a try. They said that the Lucky Charms Ice Cream tastes just like the classic cereal with a delicious upgrade thanks to the vanilla ice cream.

“The taste was SPOT ON, I swear they just froze the milk you have once you’re finished with a bowl of Lucky Charms! The creamy and sweet vanilla Ice Cream pairs so well with the cereal taste that’s added in and the best part about it: MARSHMALLOWS!” they wrote.

If you want to get your hands on a pint, @i_need_a_snack_ spotted this at Quicktrip, but it’s expected to be more widely available as the months go on.

Original: January 29, 2020 12:01 p.m. Every once in a while, news breaks that makes you realize the world can be a truly special, magical place. This is one of those times. Stop everything and sit down, y’all, because Lucky Charms ice cream is about to hit stores. This is not a hoax—this is real life.

Nestle confirmed to us that the ice cream (or frozen dairy dessert, rather) will be hitting stores soon. Here’s the scoop: The Lucky Charms dessert will have a creamy vanilla dairy base that’s swirled with the signature cereal and scattered with your go-to marshmallow charms.

The Lucky Charms Ice Cream will be rolled out alongside another extremely exciting cereal-inspired flavor: Cinnamon Toast Crunch-flavored ice cream. It just seems like the universe wants us to have ice cream for breakfast. Are you feeling it too?

Lucky Charms seems to be having a moment lately. Just a few months ago, Pillsbury rolled out Lucky Charms Cookie dough, aka sugar cookies stuffed with Lucky Charms marshmallows. Bake some of those and crumble them over this new ice cream, and you’ll truly have a dessert sent from heaven.

The new ice cream will come in 14-ounce and 48-ounce sizes, and Nestle confirmed it “will be available at most major grocery stores and mass merchandisers in the coming months as well as convenience and drug stores.” So if you don’t see it, you should just ask your local store suppppperrr nicely if they plan on stocking it any time soon. I’m sure they want to try it too!
