Kellogg’s Is Giving Away Free Cereal Every Day This Week

I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again: Cereal is an appropriate meal for any time of day. Kellogg’s is leaning in to that fact and kicking off National Breakfast Week by giving away a week’s worth of cereal to lucky winners.

The point of the giveaway is to emphasize the importance of eating enough fiber in your diet. Senior Director of Wellbeing and Regulatory at Kellogg, Sarah Ludmer, said in a press release that many people don’t focus on getting the necessary amount of fiber.

“Fiber is crucial to support digestive health and overall wellness, yet the vast majority of people aren’t getting enough,” she said. “Here at Kellogg’s we believe in the power of fiber and that people should get it through delicious, real foods, so we wanted to understand why Americans often miss out on this important nutrient.”

Kellogg’s conducted a nationwide survey that found most people aren’t getting enough fiber and aren’t choosing breakfast options that are high in fiber. To tackle this issue, Kellogg’s will be giving away cereal that’s high in fiber, either Raisin Bran or Frosted Mini Wheats, to help people add more fiber into their morning routine. These cereals offer 20% of the recommended daily amount of fiber per serving.

All you have to do to win a week’s worth of free Raisin Bran or Frosted Mini Wheats is join KelloggsFamilyRewards.com and pledge to increase your fiber intake. Everyday this week, from March 2 to March 6, a limited number of customers that take the pledge will win free cereal because what’s better than cereal at any time of day? Cereal that’s free…and high in fiber!
