Pizza Hut Added Nashville Hot Wings To Its Menu

Hot wings fans know there’s a wide range when it comes to what’s considered “spicy.” Some wings barely register, while others practically light your tongue on fire. Now, Pizza Hut is here with a brand-new wing flavor, and it’s been dubbed the chain’s “hottest flavor yet.”

They’re called Nashville Hot Wings, and, according to a press release, they’re inspired by “mouthwatering, sweat-inducing Nashville-style spice and southern heat.” The wings are topped off cayenne pepper sauce and a blend of tangy, savory, and sweet flavors.

Pizza Hut made the big announcement on Twitter this week:

A little 10-second ad that comes with it leans heavily on fire. Also, keep in mind that Pizza Hut already offers a Buffalo Burnin’ Hot option right now that they advertise as giving a “lip-numbingly spicy burn” and since it’s supposed to be even hotter, the new flavor option is definitely promising for spice fans. So yeah, these are hot.

People had plenty of questions on Twitter about how spicy these actually are, and Pizza Hut swears you won’t walk away without a little burn.

Super-spicy sauce aside, these are still the Pizza Hut wings you know and love—just with much more heat. You can get Nashville Hot Wings in the traditional wing or boneless style, if you’re fancy like that.

Keep in mind that these wings are only in Pizza Huts for a limited time (no word on how limited that time is, though).
