Starbucks Japan Is Selling Butterscotch Coffee Jelly Frappuccino

As we approach warmer weather, Starbucks has been rolling out its spring menu around the world, which gives us plenty of opportunities to be jealous of all the delicious treats we won’t be able to get our hands on. Today’s entry? Starbucks Japan is rolling out the Butterscotch Coffee Jelly Frappuccino and, boy, do we wish we could try it.

Sora News 24 reported this brand new Frappuccino is inspired by Tokyo’s Reserve Roastery’s Butterscotch Latte and is made with a milk base as well as with butterscotch sauce and coffee jelly pieces. The drink seems like a delicious mix of different textures and smooth flavors…and honestly, the world could always do with a bit more butterscotch.

In case you’re still looking to get a bit cozy, Starbucks Japan will also be rolling out the Butterscotch Latte in all of its Japanese stores in honor of its one-year anniversary at the Roastery. The warm drink is made with milk, fresh espresso, and butterscotch sauce. Since the spring weather is so fickle you could get a different one of these everyday and feel satisfied.

If you live in Japan or just so happen to be visiting this spring you can pick these specialty beverages from March 13-June 16. If you’re out of luck like the rest of us, don’t worry. You can also pick up some delicious coconut milk drinks from the spring Starbucks menu in the U.S. Still refreshing, still delicious.
