Few things in life are as deliciously decadent as diving into a bowl of cookie or brownie batter. But, you know, concerns about contracting salmonella are legit. Luckily, some companies have shifted to safe, edible dough—and one in particular is selling gigantic tubs at Costco right now.

Huge tubs of Eat Pastry’s Fudge Brownie Dough were spotted at the retail giant by Instagram account @Costco_doesitagain and the concept is pretty genius. “Eat it raw or baked! @eatpastry fudge brownie dough has hit select Costco stores! #nongmo #costco #costcodoesitagain,” they wrote in the caption.

People were pretty stoked about it in the comments. “Searching for this today!!” someone said. “Might be worth going to Costco just for this,” another person chimed in.

In case you’re not familiar with it, all of Eat Pastry’s dough is 100 percent vegan and can be eaten raw. The brand offers cookie dough too, which it pointed out that it also sells at Costco, so keep an eye out for that!

They’re also non-GMO and honestly not as unhealthy as you might think, especially for something like, ya know, edible dough. The brownie dough in particular has five grams of plant-based protein and four grams of fiber per serving, so there’s that. Not too shabby!

Keep in mind that, while you can dive into this dough as-is, you can also bake the dough into actual brownies…if there’s any left after you’re done noshing on it.
